VOLYNETS 

The territory itself is great place for people, who prefer to have an active life style and be closer to nature. Main idea was to bring something new to the flat territory with a pristine lake and stream, and in the same time not destroy it, but make better. Therefore, it was designed an artificial mountain with a green roof that combines a hotel, spa-complex and bungalows along the stream. Main building facade resemble to an anthill with small windows. The first level is only an administration block with restaurant, kitchen and lunch zone. The next two – hotel rooms with small public spaces such as library, siting places, bar and zones for relaxation. The greatest part of the interior is an open space with vertical communications, which unite all levels with green wall and shows fluidity from exterior to interior space.

The project won 2nd place at the Student Contest in Dnipropetrovsk.
